• The 3 Bar Chinese Wok Cooker Burner is a heavy-duty commercial range designed for fast and efficient cooking.
• It has a heat release that can be varied up to 70,000 BTU, making it suitable for cooking a variety of dishes.
• The burner is made of stainless steel slotted tubes that can be removed easily for cleaning, and a fixed mild steel header with premix tubes.
• The gas feed is via rear entry with a 1/4 BSP female thread and is suitable for both natural gas or LPG.
• The burner measures 305mm long x 160mm wide and has 3 stainless steel bars measuring 25mm square.
• The nozzle orifices are set to 2.1mm for natural gas.

All gas appliances must be installed by a qualified registered gas engineer as required by law.
