At Tezla Gas Products Limited, we understand that mistakes can happen. Our goal is to provide a flexible and positive shopping experience. If you have any issues with a product purchased from us, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Return Eligibility

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused
• In the same condition as when received
• In the original packaging

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

• Item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
• Returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

• Contact your credit card company – it may take some time to post the refund
• Contact your bank – processing times may vary

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
