Shipping Policy

At Tezla Gas, we strive to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely. We dispatch all orders placed before 3:20pm (Mon–Fri) the same day, and offer Saturday dispatch before 10:30am for Royal Mail services. Free UK delivery is available on orders over £75.

We ship using reliable couriers including Royal Mail, UPS, DPD, TNT and FedEx.

UK Delivery Options

We primarily use Royal Mail for UK deliveries, offering the following options at checkout:

  • 1st Class (Untracked): Delivery within 2 days (allow up to 15 days before claiming).
  • 48-Hour Tracked: Tracked delivery within 2 days (allow up to 12 days).
  • 24-Hour Tracked: Tracked next-day delivery (allow up to 11 days).
  • Guaranteed Next Day: Tracked and insured. If not received next day, postage is refunded. Allow 5 days before claiming.

Irish Republic Deliveries

  • Standard Royal Mail/An Post: Treated as international shipping. Delivery in a few days but allow up to 14 days.
  • Fastway Ireland: Orders placed before 9am (Mon–Fri) are usually delivered next day. May take longer in some cases.
  • Free IE delivery is available on orders over £75.

European Delivery

Standard Royal Mail International delivery typically takes up to 10 days, but may extend to 3–4 weeks.

Tracked delivery is strongly recommended. Express options are available at checkout for delivery within 2–3 working days.

International Delivery (USA, Australia, Far East)

Royal Mail Standard International delivery takes 14–21 days, with a maximum of 4 weeks.

Tracked delivery is advised. Express courier services (1–2 working days) are available at checkout. Import duties are the customer’s responsibility.

We reserve the right to cancel orders if courier charges exceed what was paid at checkout.

Alternative Delivery Addresses

  • Card Payments: Alternate addresses allowed if security checks are passed.
  • PayPal: Delivery only to confirmed PayPal address.
  • Bank Transfer / Cheque: Delivery to any address after funds clear (cheques may take up to 2 weeks).

Warehouse Collection

You can place an order online and collect it from our warehouse. Please call us at 028 200 54201 to arrange a convenient collection time.

Missed Delivery

If you are not home during delivery, the courier will leave a card. You can reschedule delivery or contact the courier directly.

Wrong Item Received?

In rare cases where the wrong item is sent, please contact us with your order or invoice number. We will arrange collection of the incorrect item and ship the correct one promptly.
