Shipping Policy

We do everything we can to make sure your order is delivered on time. Tezla Gas Products use Royal Mail (all services including Guaranteed Next Day) , UPS, DPD, TNT and Fedex. We offer free delivery on orders of £59 and over and Guarantee orders placed before 3.20pm will be dispatched the same day, we recognise the importance of receiving your goods in a speedy manner and even dispatch on a Saturday if an order is placed before 10.30am. (Royal Mail Services only)

UK Delivery

The majority of UK deliveries are via Royal Mail, we offer all of their services, there are some terms and conditions that apply to their different services

The 4 options available at checkout are as follows.

1st Class

This option is not a tracked service, although the majority of 1st class items are received within 2 days, there can be delays, and the customer must allow 15 days to receive their item before starting a not received claim.

48 Hour Tracked

This option is a tracked service, although the majority of 48 Hour Tracked items are received within 2 days, there can be delays, and the customer must allow 12 days to receive their item before starting a not received claim.

24 Hour Tracked

This option is a tracked service, although the majority of 24 Hour Tracked items are received within 1 day, there can be delays, and the customer must allow 11 days to receive their item before starting a not received claim.

Guaranteed Next Day

This service is highly recommended, as it is the only service where if you do not receive the item next day you will get the cost of postage refunded, customer must allow 5 days to receive their item before starting a not received claim.

Irish Republic Deliveries

There are 2 options available.

Standard Royal Mail/An Post Delivery

We are based in Northern Ireland, but Royal Mail treat this service as a standard international service and although it should only take a few days to arrive, there are cases where it can take up to 14 days

Fastway Ireland

If ordered before 9am Fastway will collect your order that day (Monday to Friday), normally it will arrive with you the next day but it sometimes can take a few days, but it is definitely a faster service than the standard option

European Delivery

Royal Mail Standard International to most European countries takes 10 days but can take up to 3-4 weeks, unfortunately you must allow this time period to elapse before making a not received case.

We advise our customers to opt for the tracked delivery option, it costs double the standard delivery price but is well worth the money.

If a product is required within 2-3 working days period, we do offer an express service, price at checkout

USA, Australia, Far East Deliveries

Royal Mail Standard International to most countries takes 14-21 days but can take up to 4 weeks, unfortunately you must allow this time period to elapse before making a not received case

Tracked delivery again is our recommendation, if a product is required within a guaranteed 1-2 working day period we do offer an express service, price at checkout. Any import duty is to be paid by the customer via their local customs office.

Expedited delivery options are available for most countries and they will be available at checkout, we reserve the right to cancel if the cost at checkout paid for by customer exceeds the cost charged by courier

Delivery to an Alternative Address

For orders placed by Credit Card or Debit Card: If the details you enter pass all of our security checks, you may be offered the option of changing the delivery address once a transaction has been processed.

We may reject orders when according to our security checks, the address you have provided does not match the cardholder's address - this is to help prevent credit card fraud.

For orders placed by PayPal: Currently, we can only deliver to the address that is confirmed in PayPal.

For orders placed by bank transfer or cheque: We can deliver to any address you choose, providing the funds have cleared in our bank. It can take up to two weeks for cheques to clear.

Collection from our Warehouse

You may place an order online for collection from our Warehouse, , please feel free to call us on 028 200 54201 to arrange for the product to be easily available when you visit

What happens if I am not in when the courier tries to deliver?

The courier should leave a card to let you know they tried to deliver. They will usually try to deliver again the next day but alternatively, you can contact them directly using the details they provide on the card to arrange a different delivery day.

What do I do if I receive the wrong item?

This is a very rare occurrence, but occasionally things do go wrong. Please contact us and include your customer invoice number or order number and let us know the details of the problem. We will collect the incorrect item from you, and arrange to get the correct item sent out to you as quickly as possible.
